1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- Customers must share images or videos for verification.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Products are not eligible for return or refund if:
- The product has been used or washed
- Damage occurs due to improper care or mishandling
- Packaging is missing or altered
- The issue is reported after 48 hours
3. Customer-Caused Damage
Products that show signs of use, washing, physical damage, or mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and the product is inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered for eligible products, subject to availability.
Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of bedllinen.
6. Final Decision
Bedllinen reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, refund, or exchange requests
